Pay rolling

Our payrolling service allows you to recruit and select yourself and payroll the future employee through our company. We then offer the service, where the candidate enters the payroll of HCMS N.V. and we lend the employee to your organization. With this service we are responsible for the following:

• Clear understanding between employer & employee.
• Clear overview of wages every month.
• Overview of vacation days and the payment of vacation days and vacation allowances.
• Accident insurance of Suriname.
• Basic health insurance of Self Reliance (under legal requirements).
• Payment of taxes on withholding wage costs.
• Payment of sick days up to a maximum of 6 days per year (100 % of the daily wage).
• Payment of maternity leave / pregnancy up to 8 weeks (50 % of the monthly salary).
