We will recruit applicants based on main and additional criteria agreed on with the client. Afterwards the selection process starts by conducting interviews with these candidates. From these interviews and other selection methods, we filter the candidates that best fit the position, based on education, work experience, and other relevant skills. After performing these so-called "pre-interviews" we then present the candidates to our clients, these candidates meet for at least 90% of all selection criteria. The client then chooses from this selection a future employee who, to his knowledge, fits best into the culture of the organization. This candidate can then start employment directly under the conditions prevailing in the client's organization.
